FlyBarter does not conduct inspections, arrange financing, verify ownership, or handle legal transfers or payments — those steps remain with you and the other party, with your own advisers. Any referral fee is set in a separate written agreement before an introduction is made. Sellers must confirm they own the aircraft or are authorized by the owner to offer it for sale.
